Meet James
James started his yoga journey in 2018 by travelling to Nelson, BC and completing 200hr Hatha and 50hr Vinyasa yoga certifications. He became connected to the beauty and spiritual awakening that came with the practice. Now, he is expanding his range by learning how to perform the art of the massage therapy to help ease tensions away. With a certification in Swedish massage already, he is also currently working towards obtaining his certifications in Thai massage.
Meet Jenny
Hello beautiful community,
My name is Jenny, I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and teaching for 2. Yoga gradually became a consistent part of my daily life after beginning to feel the physical, mental and spiritual benefits I was receiving through the practice. In a quest for a deeper understanding of the discipline, I completed my 500 hours of training internationally among the amazon in Ecuador. Branching from Hatha yoga, I specialize in Tantra yoga. At its core tantra is about connecting with your own energy to establish a deeper understanding of yourself. Classes involve holding asanas (poses) for an average of 6 breaths while focusing consciously on your breathe. A deep transformational process occurs within the body and mind when maintaining a consistent yoga practice. I am honoured to be able to bring my love of yoga to our community. I look forward to welcoming you into the safe space that is Espace Rêverie, where all are welcome. Namaste

Meet Patey
Patey Yeh is a Mother, Special Needs Teacher as well as an Grief and End-of-Life Doula. Her journey with yoga has been a personal one for over 20 years. She completed her 200h yoga teacher training on Dharamshala, India in 2014.
Grief Yoga came about because she felt like crying during a yoga class one day and realized a more intentional space for emoting and moving our bodies alongside those feelings needed to exist. We don't have to explain our feelings to other people. We need to hold space for them.
Her fundamental belief is that we are all trying to figure it out these things we call living, loving and grieving. It just seems to be better when we figure it out together.
Meet Peter
Peter has been practising a modern expression of yiquan, liuhebafa, taichi, and qigong since 1991. He encountered this fusion of styles in Halifax, Nova Scotia during his University years. Lucky to have been endowed with good health, it took many years for him to realise what had been fueling his practice for so long. More than providing health benefits, this practice grounded his existence and imparted to him a profound sense of what he terms "aliveness". He now shares this art with all those willing to learn. The journey is never ending, and he continues to deepen his understanding by visiting his teacher on a weekly basis.
