Class Description

Through this in-person gathering, we aim to provide a nourishing and supportive space for those navigating fertility journeys and challenges. Fertility Coach, Tara Tombari is an RN working in the Montreal area, specializing in individual and group coaching. No one will be asked to share personal details (unless they choose to). We hope to build a community of folks navigating this complex and often challenging time, with the shared goal of feeling less alone and having more access to resources. A little about Tara: Fertilitess Nurse Coach was founded from my deep desire to advocate and help support individuals and couples along their fertility trajectory. The interplay between my professional experience as a registered nurse and personal experience as a fertility patient has shaped my holistic approach to care, one which addresses the clinical and psychosocial aspects of fertility care. I assist individuals and couples in making informed decisions grounded in evidence-based information. I offer one-on-one nurse coaching sessions, as well as monthly support groups in order to create a supportive environment where individuals can come together to share their journeys, ask questions, seek support, and gain empowerment through knowledge.
